Shipping
All Shape Tapes orders ship with trackable delivery from within your country when the product is in stock locally. If we don't yet hold stock in your region, your order is sent from our international warehouse with an 8–19 day trackable shipping window.
Shipping times vary by destination. Examples from our international warehouse: United Kingdom 6–10 days, Sweden 5–12 days, Germany 5–14 days, United States 6–12 days, Canada 8–15 days, New Zealand 6–10 days, India 6–14 days.
Once your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Orders fulfilled from our international warehouse may be subject to import fees in your country.
Orders placed on weekends are dispatched on the following Monday at the earliest. If you experience a delivery delay we haven't already notified you about, reach out via our Contact page.
Returns and Refunds
All refund and return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Damaged items are refunded or replaced. For details, see our Lift Promise.
Uncollected Deliveries
If a parcel is delivered to a local pickup point and not collected, or is returned to us because of an incorrect address, an administrative fee of up to 40% of the order value may apply.
Please double-check your name and shipping address at checkout. If you need to update your address after dispatch, contact us at support@shapetapes.com — additional handling fees may apply.
